I've had an excellent stay for l night business trip. The hotel was a perfect place for enjoying a nice area, just next door to city centre, and patisseries. There was lots of delightful meals. I enjoyed unique and delightful rooms with a comfy bed and a good shower.

Breakfast was great. Sunday buffet with everything the body requires. Very quiet location. A special advantage was that you did not have to look for a pup. The pup was right indoors.

The food was fantastic! The cook is excellent and you can sit and eat outside in a really nice garden. For breakfast, you can choose between different options and pick what you like. A special feature was the tipper, which you can often find on the menu, but also rarely get it. The room was very spacious and great beds, the bathroom was brand new and aesthetically beautiful. I look forward to next time.

Friendly staff, nice breakfast with a nice comfortable restaurant.
We had noisy rooms over the bar/lounge area, being an old building walls were very thin so you could hear people in other rooms going to bed late which i found most annoying. Rooms were rather warm with no or very little ventalation. Rooms are on the small side.Restaurant food expensive and so was the bar.Shame as we used to go here for dinner but the place has slipped on it's standards.

There's a pub across the street that had decent food for much less than the hotel. Otherwise it was a great location for our Coventry, Warwick, Stratford-Upon-Avon trip. Family room was a good size for our family and the rooms were quiet. Keep in mind there are no blackout curtains. We just hung the extra sheet up to darken the room. Room was clean and we had no real complaints until the alarm went off.
The beds weren't the greatest, but for what we paid, it wasn't bad. The staff did not come off as a very friendly person when we checked in, but we didn't think much of it. However, at 6:30 am, the fire alarm went off because someone tried to smoke in their room. It's not the hotel's fault of course, but it really bothered me because no staff came by to tell anyone anything so we stayed standing around, went back to the room and then later at checkout, asked what happened. At other places we've stayed, when the alarm went off, staff went to the room while others would start to ask people to leave and they were very quick to update with what happened (false alarm, drill, etc).

Well located, large rooms, yet quiet, restaurant and bar in the house, 24 hour reception, ideal for people passing through.

The staff were always friendly and helpful. The location is perfect for quick visits, and the nice restaurant offered a good breakfast. I especially appreciated the service from sam, who made sure my family had rooms close together and set up nicely for us. The cleanliness of the rooms was also commendable.

The staff were professional and assisted in ensuring that my meeting arrangements were met with efficiency. The comfortable room featured a workspace that was ideal for my needs. The breakfast offered a good selection, with freshly cooked items and a relaxing atmosphere to start the day.
The Wi-Fi connection was occasionally slow, which caused some minor disruptions.
